How Your Order Gets to You
We know waiting for your order to show up is the worst part. So here's what actually happens after you hit that checkout button.
We ship across the United States, and for orders over $54.99, standard shipping is on us. Free. No strings attached. We also offer expedited options if you need your order in a hurry — just select it at checkout and we'll get it moving faster.
Processing time is usually 24 business hours. During big sales events and holidays, though, expect 5 to 10 business days for fulfillment. Once your order goes out, you'll get a tracking number so you can stalk the mail carrier in real time.
Standard deliveries within the US typically take 3 to 5 business days after processing. Expedited orders usually land within 1 to 3 business days depending on where you are. Shipping begins once the order is fulfilled and handed off to the carrier — USPS or UPS. After that point, we can't control what happens in transit, but we'll do everything we can to help if something goes wrong.
We ship internationally too, but delivery times and costs vary based on destination and customs. International orders may be subject to import duties or taxes, which are the customer's responsibility. We can't predict what those will be, so it's worth checking with your local customs office before ordering if you're outside the US.
If your package shows up damaged, let us know right away — within 7 days of delivery, with stickers and tags still attached. We'll work with you to make it right. Just snap a photo of the damage and send it over through our contact page. We handle these things pretty quickly.
If tracking shows your package was delivered but you don't see it anywhere, check with your neighbors, your building's mailroom, or your local post office first. Sometimes carriers mark things delivered a day early. If it's still missing after a couple of days, hit us up and we'll dig into it with you.
We do our best to get every order out fast and in good shape. If something goes sideways, we're not going to leave you hanging.
