FAQs

Real Questions, Real Answers

What products do you actually make?

The big one is the half-gallon jug that started it all — a reusable water jug built for people who want to drink more water without refilling every five minutes. Since then, we've expanded into insulated stainless steel travelers, sport jugs, sleeves, can coolers, replacement lids, straws, and a bunch of accessories. Everything follows the same idea: solve a real problem, look good doing it, and hold up to daily abuse.

Do the products actually keep drinks cold?

Yeah. Our triple-wall insulated Travelers and Sport bottles keep drinks ice-cold for up to 24 hours. The Coffee Traveler keeps hot drinks hot for about 6 hours and cold drinks cold for up to 12. The Pro Jug with a Neoprene Sleeve keeps things cold for 2 to 4 hours. Not a freezer sleeve situation — just solid insulation that does what it says.

Do I need to freeze anything first?

No. These aren't freezer sleeves. Just add ice to your bottle — the wide-mouth opening makes it easy — and the insulation holds that temperature for hours. Don't freeze or microwave any of our products. Most plastics get brittle at very low temps, and microwaving them is just a bad idea all around.

What are the products made of?

Our bottles use #2 HDPE (high-density polyethylene) and #5 PP (polypropylene) — both BPA-free, high-grade plastics commonly used in food containers. Many competitors use PETG plastic, which is less durable and not dishwasher safe. Our stainless steel options use 18/8 stainless steel. The HydroStraw is BPA-free polypropylene. Everything is BPA-free across the board.

Are they dishwasher safe?

Most cups are top-rack dishwasher safe. However, to keep the finish looking good over time, hand washing is recommended. Cups with glitter or 5D finishes should always be hand-washed. Lids, silicone rings, and straws are generally dishwasher safe, but a quick hand wash keeps everything in better shape for longer.

Do they fit in cup holders?

The Traveler line is designed to be cupholder-compatible. Larger jugs and sport models might not fit in every car, so check the dimensions on each product page if that's a dealbreaker for you.

What if something's wrong with my order?

Reach out through our contact page. We offer free 30-day returns on unused items with tags attached. If it arrived damaged or we messed something up, we cover the shipping. If you just changed your mind, you cover shipping back to us. Either way, we'll get you sorted.

Is there a warranty?

Yes — a limited lifetime warranty covering manufacturer defects. Normal wear and tear, accidents, drops, odor issues, and damage from disassembling lids aren't covered. If something's defective, reach out and we'll repair or replace it.

How long does shipping take?

Standard US shipping is 3 to 5 business days after processing. Processing itself usually takes 24 business hours, though big sales and holidays can push that to 5 to 10 business days. Free shipping on orders over $54.99. Expedited options are available at checkout.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. Delivery times and costs vary by country. International orders may have customs fees or import taxes, which are on the customer. We recommend checking with your local customs office before ordering if you're outside the US.

Can I get bulk orders or custom branding?

Yes. We do customization for corporate events, team gifts, weddings — you name it. There's a wholesale portal for retailers who want to carry our stuff in their stores. Head to the wholesale section of our site for details. Low minimums, quick turnaround, and we work with you on the design.

How do I contact you?

Through the contact page on our website. We're a small team, but we do our best to get back to everyone as quickly as possible. No phone trees, no robots — just actual people who want to help.
